Cisco vpn client minimized to taskbar and unable to launch

After i double click on Cisco vpn client program started up but program minimizes down to the task bar with a status of Disconnected.
To solve this problem we need to make changes on vpnclient.ini file. To find that file navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\Cisco Systems\VPN Client   directory and Right-click  vpnclient.ini file and open with “Notepad”:
 You can edit the following lines like as below:
After that ‘Save’ and ‘Close’ the file and Relaunch the VPN Client application.
