Toad Error (Can't Initialize OCI. Error -1)

Problem:-

 Solution :-

  • This problem was caused by me setting ORACLE_HOME windows environment variable.
  • Steps:-
    Go to My computer properties
    Advanced system settings 
    Advanced
    Environment variables (In environment variables) System Variables 
    Delete the Oracle_Home.
